Good luck to the Shamrocks on Saturday. Give it your all lads, you have nothing to fear at all. Here's hoping for a dry day to witness Loughgiel at thier very best. I am sure most people in Antrim will wish you well and hope you progress for the big day in March. Good luck lads.

Only two "news" items for December and three for January - thanks for keeping everyone posted on Club Matters.
P.S - are we in an All-Ireland semi-final and is there an AGM this year (for last year) - no mention of either on the website.
While I'm on a roll is there a big breakfast being organised as a fundraiser for the All Ireland? Is this another secret or have the committee missed another opportunity?

AGM is on Sunday 19th Feb - I take it you are going to it and for helping out this year. All help is more than welcome.

Just want to say unlucky to the camogs. Was up at the game and the opposition would give most mens team a good game. My own club cdall camogs hope to achieve the success your camogs have over the past few years and hopefully under the guidance of our new manger Aodhan 'Pasty' Quinn we will be able to compete this year at senior level. Looking forward to the meetings we have on the field and all the best to your hurlers next weekend.

A HURLERS PRAYER
Give me o'Lord a hurlers skill
With strength of arm and speed of limb
Unerring eye for the flying ball
And courage to match them whatever befall
May my aim be steady - my stroke be true
My actions manly - my misses few
And no matter what way the game may go
May I part in friendship with every foe
When the final whistle for me is blown
And I stand at last at Gods Judgement Throne
May the great Referee when he calls my name
Say you hurled like a man, you played the game
Amen

Wishing both the Camogs and Hurlers every success in their forthcoming All Ireland Semis. It's great to see two Ulster clubs competing at this level and hopefuly it doesn't stop there. With a wee bit of luck and good fortune we could all be in Croke Park!!
