Monthly Draw Direct Debit form
Anyone new wishing to participate in our monthly Draw or some one that is already in the draw but pays a collector but maybe in a position to pay by direct debit to save our collecting volunteer one less call to make please see attached a direct debit form that can be filled out. These can be emailed to the following committee members. Please make sure where it says beneficiary reference that you write your name here so we can see your name as a reference on all payments.
